Your charter will be extended beyond the allotted period. If this happens, you will be billed for the rest of your time in 1-hour increments. This will be charged proportionally to the average rates applicable for the day. This will be stated on your contract or verbal agreement.
The consumption of alcohol-based drinks by passengers under 21 years old is strictly prohibited. It is not permitted to have alcohol served or allowed on vehicles for passengers younger than 21 without a legal guardian present. The ride will be terminated with the forfeiture of all charges and deposits should any alcohol-related drinks are discovered on the part of a minor. Alcohol consumption by children is not permitted under any circumstance. Alternative beverages may be requested at an additional cost.
The person in charge of payment understands and agrees that all costs and deposits are reassessed by mahwahnjlimoservice.com and are not refundable if the service is canceled.
If at any point in time the service ceases due to unruly conduct, damages to the vehicle or abuse of any kind that mahwahnjlimoservice.com considers to be valid, no refund of money will be offered. mahwahnjlimoservice.com reserves the right to cancel services if it believes that is appropriate.
Unwinding from the sunroof while the vehicle is operating is not allowed. Minor passengers will not be permitted to drive the car with the sunroof not shut or locked, and the dividers also must be closed.
